Hello friends of Rancho Verde SkillsUSA!
We are at it again.
The following students will be competing in their respective leadership and technical skill competitions in just 2 weeks! As many of you are aware, last school year we had 4 regional medalists, 2 state medalists which included 1 gold medalist for the state of California; the gold medalist went on to compete at the national level in Kansas City, MO! We are asking for your help to do some last minute preparations for these kids. Currently, we have a few kids who are still in need of supplies for their contests. If you or someone you know is willing to lend any of the needed supplies the kiddos would be so grateful to borrow them for the competitions. We will take the utmost care of the items and return them before the end of the school year. The links under each student’s name go to web pages with the technical details, required uniform/supplies, standards, and score cards for each contest.
We are proud to present:
OUR TEAM OF COMPETITORS FOR 2013-2014
Region 6 Skill and Leadership Conference
-January 18 Apple Valley High School
-January 25 Universal Technical Institute
This is the information provided below for each competitor:
If you can help with either supplies or mentoring these kids, please let me know as soon as possible! Thank you!
